Refund Policy – Digital Downloads

Thank you for your purchase with Brown Bag Stationery & Party SLAM!. Because all of our products are digital downloads delivered instantly, all sales are considered final. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

✅ No Refunds on Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a file has been successfully delivered or accessed. By completing your purchase, you agree that you are purchasing a non-returnable digital product.

⚠️ Exceptions – Technical Delivery Issues Only

A refund may be considered only if:

  • You are unable to download the file due to a verified technical error on our system, and

  • You contact us within 48 hours of purchase, and

  • You provide clear proof of the failed download, such as:

    • Screenshots of the error message

    • Timestamped proof of the issue

    • Proof that the file was never successfully accessed

If the file was delivered successfully or accessed/down­loaded, no refund will be issued.

🚫 What Is NOT Eligible for a Refund

Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:

  • You changed your mind after purchase

  • You no longer need the file

  • You did not read the product description carefully

  • You lack the software or device to open PDF files

  • You accidentally purchased the wrong product

  • You claim non-use after successful download

🔒 Fraud Protection

We monitor refund requests for abuse. Any attempt to falsely claim a failed download after successful access will result in denial of the request and may be reported as fraud.
